About:

Sourav’s work has spontaneity of form and versatility of medium. In 1995 he had participated in All India Casting Workshop for Dokra Process, organized by Govt. College of Art & Craft, Kolkata. Besides he also participated in the workshop of Mask and Printmaking in 2000 to expand the dimension to thought process. His participation in group shows includes Annual Exhibition, at Govt. College of Art & Craft in 1997 and Birla Academy of Art & Culture in 1998, Sculpture 2000 Gorky Sadan, Gallery Lombardi, Austin, Texas in 2002 and Group Show at Birla Academy Kolkata in 2004.
